In Nur-Sultan, the doubles finalists were determined at the ATP Forte Challenger 125 tournament - the KTF press service reports.
Aleksandr Nedovyesov in tandem with Viktor Troicki lost to the second seeded Americans Max Schnur and Nathan Pasha. The Kazakh-Ukrainian double lost in the first set with a tie-break. In the second set, Nedovyesov and his partner immediately allowed the opponents to lead the match and failed to catch up with the Americans. The final result is not in our favor - 7:6 (7:5), 6:2.
There will be an all-American final tomorrow. The first and second seeded doubles, Max Schnur / Nathan Pasha and Nathaniel Lammons / Jackson Withrow, will meet. The latter were supposed to play today with Canadians Peter Polansky and Brayden Schnur, but Brayden's injury was a problem. Thus, Lammons-Withrow proceeded to the final without a fight.
