ATP 250 Almaty Open 2025

The Almaty Open is a unique opportunity to see the world's best tennis players in action. The first annual ATP 250 tournament took place in Astana in 2020. In 2022, the tournament was upgraded to the ATP 500 level, attracting a truly stellar field of players (top 10 in the world rankings): Novak Djokovic, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Daniil Medvedev, Carlos Alcaraz, Hubert Hurkacz, Andrey Rublev, and others.

The Almaty Open is more than just tennis. It's a full week of vibrant emotions: fan zones, interactive events, family activities, live music, and food courts with cuisines from around the world – every day at the Almaty Arena.

The tournament will take place from October 11th to 19th at the Almaty Arena. The main draw will feature 28 athletes: 18 will be ranked, three will receive wild cards, three will be special exempts, and four will qualify. The prize fund for the ATP 250 Almaty Open will exceed $1 million.

The ATP 250 Series tournament is a category of professional men's tennis tournaments taking place in 30 countries around the world. This category includes 40 tournaments, victory in any of which brings the tennis player 250 points towards the ATP (Association of Tennis Professionals) rating.
