The officiating is developing rapidly under the Kazakhstan Tennis Tour. The Officiating Development Program moves in two directions - raising national-level officials by attracting new people and educating them through holding national officiating workshops and raising international-level officials by sending them to international workshops and officiating schools.
In 2019, four general tennis educational workshops for beginner officials, players, coaches and players' parents were held in Kazakhstan by the Tennis Federation with 2 workshops held in Nur-Sultan, one in Almaty and one in Shymkent, attended by 74 participants in total. The participants had a chance to learn the rules of tennis, the player’s code of conduct, the Kazakhstan Tennis Tour Regulations, and the player dress code at the tournaments run by KTT.
