In the semifinals Rybakina who is ranked world's No. 23, will play against the former world's No. 1 Simona Halep from Romania (current No. 18 in WTA ranking). The match will take place today on July 7, 2022 on the center court of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. Start is approximately at 8 p.m. Nur-Sultan time. Yelena is the first Kazakhstani female to reach the 1/2 finals of the Grand Slam singles tournament.
