Kazakhstan’s top seed Elena Rybakina delivered a masterclass performance to capture the WTA 500 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix title, defeating Czechia’s Karolina Muchova in a commanding straight-sets victory, 7-5, 6-1.

The championship match lasted 1 hour and 18 minutes. While the opening set saw a resilient Muchova challenge the Kazakh star, Rybakina’s clinical precision allowed her to seize the crucial break in the final moments to take the set 7-5. In the second frame, Rybakina established total dominance on the court, dismantling her opponent’s game with aggressive baseline play and a flawless serve.

Rybakina’s statistical performance was impeccable: she fired three aces, committed zero double faults, and converted four out of eight break-point opportunities.

At 26 years old, this victory marks Rybakina’s 13th WTA singles title. This win also reaffirms her mastery of the Stuttgart clay, where she previously lifted the trophy in 2024.

With this triumph, Elena Rybakina officially takes the lead in the 2026 WTA Race. Currently, she stands at the top of the season’s leaderboard with 3,983 points, cementing her status as the most dominant player of the year so far.
