Meet the Board

The ITF Board of Directors for 2015-2019 has been elected at the ITF's AGM in Santiago, Chile.

Katrina Adams, Anil Khanna and Rene Stammbach have been named ITF Vice Presidents.

Adams joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. She is currently a member of the Davis Cup Committee as well as the Grand Slam Board. She became Chairman, CEO and President of the USTA and Chairman of the US Open this year. She is also a Board member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame.

Adams is a former professional player, reaching a career-high ranking of No. 67 in singles and No. 8 in doubles. She contributes to Tennis Magazine and is an analyst on the Tennis Channel. She is also Executive Director of the Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program.

Corrie joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. He is currently Deputy President of the Lawn Tennis Association, Treasurer of Tennis Europe, a member of the Committee of Management of The Championships, Wimbledon and a Trustee of the Tennis Foundation.

Corrie has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is Chairman of i-Financial Services Group plc and a senior partner at Hicks & Co. He continues to represent his county at tennis.

El Shafei returns to the ITF Board of Directors for a seventh term having previous served between 1998-2001 and again from 2005-13. He also served as President of the Egyptian Tennis Federation on two occasions (1994-96 and 2005-08).

In his playing days, El Shafei won the junior Wimbledon title in 1964 and then went on to reach the quarterfinals of the senior event a decade later. He represented Egypt in 17 Davis Cup ties, compiling a 23-19 win-loss record, and captained the team in the 1980s. He studied at Cairo University.

Elias joined the ITF Board of Directors in 2013. He is currently Chairman of the Men’s Circuit Committee and a member of both the ITF’s Development Advisors Group and Seniors Committee. He is President of Honor of the Chilean Tennis Federation and President of the Special Olympics Chile. Previously a member of the Pan American Tennis Committee and President of COSAT, Elias received the ITF Award for Services to the Game in 2012.

He is Assistant Professor of the course “Financing Mathematics” for the School of Economy and Business Administration at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile and is involved as a partner at a number of businesses.

Giudicelli joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. He is currently a member of the ITF’s Olympic Committee as well as Tennis Europe’s Development Committee. He has been Secretary General of the Federation Francaise de Tennis since 2013 having previously been Executive Vice President in charge of Roland Garros.

Giudicelli studied at the University Aix-Marseille and is currently Director of MLB, Bastia.

Graham has been a member of the ITF Board of Directors since 2009 and is also Co-ordinator of the ITF Governance Working Group as well as Chairman of the Constitutional Committee. He is Director Emeritus at Tennis Canada having served as Chairman from 2006-10. In 2012, he became a member of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the same year was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal by the Canadian Olympic Committee for outstanding contribution to Canadian sport. He also has a long history in tennis coaching.

Graham, who received Queen’s Counsel designation in 2008, is a Senior Partner at McInnes Cooper, the largest law partnership in Atlantic Canada. He first studied at Acadia University, where he played on the tennis team, before going on to Dalhousie University. Earlier this year, Jack became President of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.

Khanna served on the ITF Board of Directors between 2003 and 2011 before returning in 2013. He is currently a member of the Finance Committee and the Development Advisors Group. He is President of the Asian Tennis Federation, the All India Tennis Association and the Delhi Lawn Tennis Association.

Khanna is a former national-ranked junior and senior player and represented Delhi State in juniors and seniors. He is currently Chairman of Emiretus-Saurer Embroidery Systems and Managing Director of a Japanese joint venture company.

Koenigsfeldt joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. He is currently Vice President of the Danish Tennis Federation and is also a member of the ITF’s Constitutional Committee as well as being the Danish Tennis Federation’s delegate to the ITF AGM in Santiago.

Koenigsfeldt has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Copenhagen Business School and is currently executive consultant in his own company, Expro.

Patrick joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time.

She is currently the President and Chairperson of Tennis New Zealand.

Patrick, who holds an MBA and postgrad business diploma, is Group Manager of the New Zealand Transport Agency and a director at the Australasian New Car Assessment Programme. She has represented her province in junior and senior tennis.

Selivanenko joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. He is currently Vice President of the Russian Tennis Federation and has been a member of the Fed Cup Committee since 2002. He is also Vice President of Tennis Europe.

Selivanenko has a PhD in Economics from Moscow State University and is the founder and managing director of the first independent tennis management agency in Russia. He is a former junior and university tennis player.

Stammbach joined the ITF Board of Directors in 2011. He is currently Chairman of the ITF’s Finance Committee and a member of the Olympic Committee. He has been President of Swiss Tennis since 2006 and a member of the Executive Board of the Swiss Olympic Committee since 2009.

Stammbach, a qualified tennis coach, studied Economics, Finance and Administration at St Gallen University and speaks four languages – English, French, German and Italian. In business, he is currently a member of the Foundation Board at Wilhelm Schulthess Clinic (Medical Group), Chairman of Pt. Octagon, a board member of various corporate and institutional businesses and CEO of the Stammbach Group – a family business in Switzerland.

Tzvetkov joins the ITF Board of Directors for the first time. He is currently President of the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and Vice President of Tennis Europe. He is also a member of the ITF’s Seniors Committee and Vice President of the Bulgarian National Olympic Committee.

Tzvetkov is a former professional tennis player who both represented (1990-1991) and captained (1997-1999) his country in Davis Cup.
