  Yuliya Putintseva defeated 6:4 6:3 Noppawan Lertcheewakarn. However Yaroslava Shvedova lost to Luksika Kumkhum 6:0 4:6 1:6.

  Yaroslava Shvedova and Galina Voskoboeva were declared for the final match against Luksika Kumkhum paired with Tamarine Tanasugarn.

  The match was tough. Tanasugarn and Kumkhum took the lead from the very beginning; making one break they won the first set 6:4. Kazakhstani players lead in the second set but players from Thailand came back to win 7:6 (3). The result of the match 6:4 7:6(3) in favor of Thailand.
