Regional Coaches Conference 2026

KTF Regional Coaches Conference of West & Central Asia in cooperation with World Tennis (ITF)
Welcome to the registration page for the Regional Coaches Conference of West & Central Asia - the first event of this kind to be held in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding with registration.
Venue: CSKA Tennis Center, Almaty, Kazakhstan
Conference Dates: Saturday, 17 - Monday, 19 October 2026

Official Arrival Day: Friday, 16 October 2026

Official Departure Day: Tuesday, 20 October 2026

To secure your place at the Conference, each participant must pay a Participant Package fee.

Conference Participation Packages

Package Details:

Full package price based on sharing a twin room: US$550 per person

Full package price based on single room occupancy: US$700 per person

The full package includes:

Includes:
Transfers between Almaty International Airport and the official hotel on the official arrival and departure days
4 nights' accommodation, including 4 buffet breakfasts (single or twin room) at Mildom Residence Hotel
Daily return transportation between the official hotel and the conference venue
Access to the entire conference programme
2 coffee breaks per day (3 days)
3 buffet lunches
3 buffet dinners
Closing dinner

Full Package Price (4 nights):

Registration process:

Coaches must first register for the Conference through the World Tennis Academy and pay a US$50 registration fee. Only after paying this fee should coaches book and purchase a conference package directly with the KTF.
Registration period:

Registration deadline: Friday, 4 September 2026.
Cancellation deadline: Friday, 18 September 2026.

No refund of the full package payment will be made for cancellations after this date, but a coach (of the same sex) can be replaced for another.

Registration and/or payment upon arrival at the Conference will not be accepted.

Payment Methods:
All full package reservations and payments must be submitted on the official entry form, accessed via https://ktf.kz/ru/coaches/schedule/
Proof of payment must be uploaded together with the entry form
Refund Policy
The full conference package is non-refundable in case of a "no-show".
Please make sure you are able to attend before making your payment.

Please note:
Your registration will be confirmed only after the Participant Package fee has been paid.
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration for the Conference.
Important:
It is mandatory to purchase at least the "Conference Only" package to gain access to coffee breaks and other refreshments.
Failure to pay for the Conference Package in full before the event will result in refusal of entry to the Conference.

Visa Information

If you need a visa for Kazakhstan, please carefully read the entry rules for foreigners on egov.kz.
E-Visa applications: vmp.gov.kz/ru/services/visa-service
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date; please send a copy to t.dias@ktf.kz

Airport & Transfers:

Nearest airport: Almaty International Airport, 18 km from the official hotel.
Transfers are provided only between Almaty International Airport and the official hotel on the official arrival and departure days. To use this service, submit your arrival/departure flight details via the online entry form by 6 October 2026.
If flight details are not received by this date, participants will need to make their own way to the hotel. A private taxi from the airport costs approximately US$15 one way.
