Start of Media Accreditation to ATP 250 «Almaty Open»
The competition will be held in Almaty from October 13 to 20 at «Almaty Arena». In order to apply for accreditation please send us an official letter of request with the letterhead of your organization.
IMPORTANT! In the letter of request for accreditation it is obligatory to indicate: name of a media outlet, applicant's full name, position / role and a photo (preferably 300 dpi, jpg, 4*6 cm). The applications should be sent no later than October 10, 2024 to a.agatayev@ktf.kz.
- Applications sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Applications from those representing advertising / promotional companies, betting companies and / or from media, promoting betting or betting companies, will not be accepted.
- The Tournament Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without explaining the reasons.
Inquiries regarding interviews, official comments, filming, should be sent to a.agatayev@ktf.kz. If you want to subscribe to the newsletter of materials about the tournament, please send a request to a.agatayev@ktf.kz with the indication of the media outlet you represent and your contact details.
TV Accreditation Procedure.
Kazakhstan TV broadcasters should submit their accreditation application letters to p.tsybulin@ktf.kz.
IMPORTANT: it is forbidden to film matches and interviews in news format on the stadium! Interviews with tournament participants are allowed only at post-match press conferences.
IMPORTANT: if you need video clips of on-court matches and interviews with players immediately after the matches, you must send an e-mail to broadcast@atpmedia.tv and sign an electronic «License Agreement» with ATP Media to receive an access for the news, after which you will be directly sent a personal Login and Password for access to the ATP Media portal.
Accreditations will be issued from October 8 to 20, 2023 at the accreditation center Almaty Arena.
