Our Grigoriy Lomakin with Ukrainian Alexey Krutykh played against Yu Hsu (Taipei) and Benjamin Lock (Zimbabwe). A week ago on the first of the tournaments within “President’s Cup Beeline Series” - “Kerey Challenger 80”, Hsu and Lock celebrated their championship and today they have repeated their success, beating Grigoriy and Alexey in two sets with a score 6:3, 6:4.
“This is my first Challenger Final and it will always be special to me. I want to thank my partner Alexey and congratulate our rivals on their second title. Many thanks to all organizers, linesmen, supervisors, staff. Many thanks to the sponsors and the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation for giving young Kazakhstan players the opportunity to participate in such big competitions” Lomakin noted.
Tomorrow Russian Andrey Kuznetsov and Australian Jason Kubler will meet on the court in the singles final of the “Zhanibek Challenger 80” tournament.
