
Accreditation for representatives of the media and media community for the ATP 250 Almaty Open
The ATP 250 Almaty Open tournament will be held in Almaty from 11 to 19 October at the Almaty Arena. To apply for accreditation, please send a letter of request on your organisation's letterhead to the specified email address.
IMPORTANT! The letter of request for accreditation must include: media outlet, full name, position/function of the person being accredited, and a photograph (preferably 300 dpi, jpg, 4*6 cm).
Accreditation applications must be sent no later than 15 October 2025 to a.agatayev@ktf.kz
- Applications sent after the deadline, as well as applications from representatives of advertising and betting agencies, will not be accepted.
- The tournament organising committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation without explanation.

IMPORTANT: Filming matches and interviews in a news format in the competition hall is prohibited! Interviews with tournament participants are only permitted at post-match press conferences.
IMPORTANT: if you require video clips of matches and interviews with players given on court immediately after matches, you must write in advance to the email address: broadcast@atpmedia.tv and sign an electronic ‘Licence Agreement’ with ATP Media for news access, after which a personalised login and password for access to the ATP Media portal will be sent directly to you.
Accreditations will be issued from 9 to 19 October 2025 at the Almaty Arena accreditation centre.
